SPECIALTIES
I’m here to walk alongside you on the winding path of self-discovery. Here’s how I guide you, every step of the way.
C-PTSD
Living with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder can feel like you're perpetually looking over your shoulder, haunted by the echoes of the past. You don’t have to face it alone. Together, we will gently address those haunting echoes, gradually releasing the deep-seated pain that hinders your present, and stepping into the light of a future filled with peace and freedom. I am certified in parts work (IFS-Internal Family systems) therapy and use this modality to support my clients.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is a carefully guided approach that uses ketamine, a medication with a long history of safe medical use, to support healing from depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, chronic pain. Ketamine allows for a temporary shift in perspective that can soften rigid lifelong patterns and open access to deeper insight and self-connection. I combine this approach with IFS work. I work closely with medical providers that prescribe the medication.
Many clients experience rapid symptom relief, increased emotional openness, and enhanced neuroplasticity, which can deepen the effectiveness of therapy. Through thoughtful integration, this process supports lasting change by fostering greater compassion, clarity, and flexibility in one’s inner experience. Careful screening and close monitoring are essential throughout this process. I offer both virtual and in-person dosing/integration sessions.
Neurodivergence
Neurodivergence refers to natural variations in how the brain processes information, thinks, and experiences the world. For high-functioning adults, this can mean exceptional focus, creativity, or problem-solving abilities, but it can also come with challenges like overwhelm, sensory sensitivity, anxiety, depression or difficulties with social expectations and masking.
In therapy, I support neurodivergent clients in understanding how their brain works, honoring their unique strengths, and developing strategies to manage stress, regulate emotions, and live in alignment with their values, without forcing themselves to fit a neurotypical mold.
