Yes! Online therapy works just as well as in-person therapy. The nice thing is you can engage in therapy from the comfort and safety of your own home.

If the client therapist relationship is a good match! Online therapy is just as effective.

I currently only provide virtual therapy sessions.

person, depending on the nature of your trauma, your healing journey, and your

therapy goals. Some might see significant progress in a few months, while others

might benefit from longer-term therapy.

It's completely natural to feel this way. My approach to therapy is gentle and

empathetic, and I'll ensure we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. It's

about creating a safe space where you feel supported in your healing journey, not

Yes! I also speak Spanish, so I can help make you feel more comfortable and

I am fully licensed to serve clients who live in NYC, Massachusetts and North Carolina.

Fee schedule is as followed;

$75 Initial Consultation fee.

$250 per therapy session / 1 hour. I use Thrizer for out of network. stress free claims submissions. We take care of it all for you!

$650 in person Ketamine Session/ 2.5 hours

$500 Virtual Ketamine Session/2.5hours

Yes. However, I only reserve a limited spots for insurance. I also provide

“superbills” for clients with out of network benefits.

*Ketamine sessions are not covered under insurance at this time. Reach out to discuss further.

During your first appointment we will be gathering some basic historical

information about your life, challenges and the intentions you have for yourself in

therapy.
